1) Who we are
Start Daily provides e-commerce design, development, and optimization services. For website visitor data, we act as a data controller. For client store data we access to deliver services, we act as a data processor under our agreement with you.
2) Data we collect
Website & contact
- Contact details you provide (name, email, WhatsApp, company, message).
- Diagnostics (IP address, device/browser info, pages viewed) for security and performance.
- Scheduling metadata if you book via Google Calendar (time, name, email).
Client work
- Project data you share (store URLs, test accounts, assets, analytics access).
- Payment/commerce data only as necessary to integrate or troubleshoot your gateways (e.g., Stripe, SSLCommerz, bKash/Nagad). We don’t store full card details.
- Analytics/marketing access you grant (e.g., GA4/GTM, Klaviyo/FluentCRM) to implement tagging and flows.
3) How we use data
- Reply to inquiries and provide proposals/consultations.
- Deliver, operate, and improve our services and website.
- Set up analytics, tagging, and lifecycle messaging as requested.
- Maintain security, prevent fraud/abuse, and meet legal requirements.
5) Legal bases (EEA/UK)
If GDPR applies, we process personal data on these bases:
- Contract – to provide requested services.
- Legitimate interests – site security, service improvement, light marketing to existing contacts.
- Consent – where required (e.g., certain cookies/marketing).
- Legal obligation – accounting, compliance.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or object/restrict processing.

California (CCPA/CPRA)
We do not “sell” or “share” personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA. You can still exercise access, deletion, and correction rights via email.
8) Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (least-privilege access, MFA where supported, encrypted transport/storage where available). No method is 100% secure; notify us immediately if you suspect an issue.
9) Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it unless a longer period is required by law or to resolve disputes.
10) International transfers
We may process data in countries outside your own. When required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses) with our providers.
11) Children
Our services aren’t directed to children under 13 (or the age required by your law). If we learn a child’s personal data was provided, we’ll delete it.
